MEMBER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (DuBois)
We are looking for an upbeat friendly person to add to our team. Our Member Relationship Officer (MRO) will work on the front line with our Members assisting them with various transactions and needs. You will be acting as the face of the credit union, carrying yourself in a professional, friendly manner. MROs will adhere to current credit union policies, identify member needs, and develop relationships by upholding a high level of member service. Our Member Relationship Officers hold a key position as the face of Timberland Federal Credit Union.
OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (Clearfield)
What is an Operations Specialist? When you think of a financial institution, you think of tellers/deposits and you think of loans. Ops Specialist is everything else. The back office is the lifeblood of the credit union. Responsibilities include processing of ACH files from the Federal Reserve, debit card maintenance & support, and monitoring and assisting with fraudulent activity. Ops Specialists will also work extensively with our digital applications to ensure timely and accurate postings to assist our Members. There are many more duties in the back office realm which are essential to daily business function, and you’ll be at the helm for all of them. If you’re looking for a role in a team environment that has a direct impact on daily operations, then our Ops Specialist role is for you!
